On 3 October 2025, we staged a private drone show over Al Marjan Island to present the new Marjan Beach masterplan and spotlight the road project Wynn Boulevard. City-scale, clean, and modern—an elegant way to unveil a destination to a select guest list.
Marjan Beach & Wynn Boulevard
Marjan Beach is a new mixed-use masterplan on Al Marjan Island, envisioned as a beach-town destination and the next chapter in Ras Al Khaimah’s freehold offering from master developer Marjan.
In the same program, the island also introduced Wynn Boulevard, a major new road that will connect the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort directly to the UAE’s highway network. It’s part of RAK’s broader strategy to grow tourism and the economy and to strengthen its standing as a global destination.
What the show looked like and why it worked
We treated the bay as a presentation surface, a live “sky deck” that walked guests through the project:
- Sea-themed patterns and abstractions, because they anchored the show to the waterfront and set a calm, elegant tone for a seaside launch.
- Site schematics in the sky (plan-view lines and isometric cues mapping promenades, blocks, shoreline)—guests could grasp scale and circulation in seconds, essentially a live “blueprint.”
- Branding narrative (logos and short slogans) for PR and social media needs.
The tone was exclusive and cinematic, a 14-minute walkthrough of a seaside city in the making, told in light.
Not our first real-estate launch here
Before this night, the island hosted our Mira Coral Bay drone show and the back-to-back projects have shaped a clear playbook for premium property launches on the waterfront. The site just works: long, readable sightlines; reflective water that doubles the image; multiple vantage points from terraces, marinas, and promenades; and a calm, private setting that fits invite-only evenings.
What we’ve learned and now reuse here are the elements that make a launch both clear and desirable: place-anchoring scenes that tie the story to the shoreline; schematic frames that let guests understand scale, flow, and access at a glance; crisp brand moments that hold for photos. It’s a format that feels stylish and current on site and converts seamlessly into assets for PR, sales decks, and social.
These Al Marjan launches keep proving the point: drone shows are a natural fit for property presentations. They’re site-friendly (low noise, no smoke), precise to the second, and camera-ready—turning a development reveal into a shared memory that travels far beyond the waterfront.
