So, you have a reason, a concept, or maybe just a longing for a drone show. That’s wonderful. The question that follows is—how do you go about booking one? We’re here to explain the steps and what happens after. Let’s begin…
Whether you’ve already crafted a detailed concept, have an event that would be perfect for a drone show, or just a fleeting idea you want to bring to life, your first move is simple—get in touch with us in whatever way suits you. We’re responsive to direct messages on social media, email, phone calls, and we’re always open to meeting in person, whether at events or in our office. From there, we’ll dive into all the details together—from budget to storyline, selecting the perfect location, planning the audience’s vantage points for maximum visual impact, and, of course, securing the necessary flight permits.
Step 2. Design
Next, we’ll design the entire show from top to bottom. Every figure, every transition will be carefully planned, considering your wishes, cultural nuances, and audience characteristics. This light narrative will then be turned into code and flight paths, which will come to life in our 3D simulator. You’ll get to see the show as it will appear in your selected location, from takeoff to landing, with views from all angles. While it’s not quite the same as witnessing the live performance, it offers a precise preview of what’s to come. Alongside this, we’ll provide a detailed presentation with renderings of the light figures, explanations of their meaning, and the overall concept, giving you a comprehensive vision of the project.
Step 3. Delivery
Our shows travel worldwide, and the next step is coordinating the logistics to bring the necessary equipment, drones, and a team tailored to your project to the location. Sometimes, it’s a matter of traveling a few kilometers, and other times, we cross entire oceans. But no matter the distance, we always ensure timely arrival. Occasionally, we hold a live rehearsal a day or two before the show, though more often, a final series of tests right before takeoff is all we need.
Step 4. Set Up
On the big day, we arrive at the takeoff site with hours to spare, allowing us to carefully set up, verify, and re-verify every detail. The preparation is precise—each drone is placed manually, numbered, and positioned exactly where it needs to be for a perfect launch. The work is detailed and demanding, but the payoff is in the result. And then…
