Cyberdrone will create a series of drone shows for Rock in Rio 2026, transforming the sky above Cidade do Rock into a music-driven performance. The shows are set to become the largest drone light shows in Latin America.
On September 13, 2026, a large-scale drone show will take place over Cidade do Rock as part of the festival’s closing ceremony. The performance will feature 1,550 synchronized drones — a record for Latin America — interacting with a huge LED screen built into the stage during Por Um Mundo Melhor.
Additional drone shows will take place on September 5 (500 drones), September 7 (750 drones), and September 12 (700 drones) for Alok’s Rave the World.

Rock in Rio is one of the world's largest music festivals, first held in 1985 in Rio de Janeiro. Since then, it has expanded to Lisbon, Madrid, and Las Vegas, bringing together some of the biggest names in music across multiple genres.
Known for its large-scale productions and immersive entertainment, the festival attracts audiences from around the world. In 2026, Rock in Rio returns to Cidade do Rock in Rio de Janeiro for seven festival days across 4–13 September.
